The room was clean and spacious, but the communication issues marred an otherwise pleasant experience. Staff seemed friendly, which was a nice touch.

However, the hotel charged me 500 dollars for a cooking pot I never took. No one identified themselves during my calls, leaving me feeling frustrated and powerless.

I encountered several issues during my short stay. The aging hotel was noticeable with deteriorating facilities, and the office chair in my room was in terrible condition with visible stains and ripped foam. It made the entire room feel less clean and inviting, diminishing my overall experience.
